Summer Special Dipping Sauce

Ingredients & Quantity

• Peanut Butter 3 tbsp
• Hot Water 2.5 tbsp
• Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
• Ishka Farms Black Garlic Caper Spread 3 tbsp
• Light Soy Sauce 1 tsp
• Red Wine Vinegar 1 tsp
• Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
• For Garnish- Sesame Seeds

How to Prepare

1. In a jar, take 3 tbsp of peanut butter and dilute it with 2.5 tbsp of hot water.
2. To this, add 1 tbsp of Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce, 3 tbsp of Ishka Farms Black Garlic Caper Spread, a teaspoon of light soy sauce and red wine vinegar and a tablespoon of sesame oil.
3. Close the jar and shake it well. Garnish with a dash of sesame seeds.
