Ingredients & Quantity
- Gram flour
- Ishka Farms Caper Berbere
- Ishka Farms Sea Salt
- Sesame Seeds
- Paneer (Swap this out for whatever is your preference – brinjal/ cauliflower/ spinach leaves are other family favourites).
How to Prepare
- Mix the gram flour and seasoning. Add water to make a batter of desired consistency – thick enough to coat the paneer.
- Add sesame seeds to give it a little crunch.
- Dip the paneer in the batter and drop into moderately hot oil. Serve with green chutney spiked with Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce.
