Ingredients & Quantity
  • Gram flour
  • Ishka Farms Caper Berbere
  • Ishka Farms Sea Salt
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Paneer (Swap this out for whatever is your preference – brinjal/ cauliflower/ spinach leaves are other family favourites).

How to Prepare
  1. Mix the gram flour and seasoning. Add water to make a batter of desired consistency – thick enough to coat the paneer.
  2. Add sesame seeds to give it a little crunch.
  3. Dip the paneer in the batter and drop into moderately hot oil. Serve with green chutney spiked with Ishka Farms Kerala Hot Sauce.
