The younger and smaller the buds are, the more flavoursome they will be. These 5mm to 7mm buds are very tender and need to be plucked carefully so as not to disturb the new buds. We produce these organic capers in brine in very small batches ensuring the perfect preservation of their unique taste.

The Caper Raisin Relish masterfully combines the prized Lilliput Capers from Ishka Farms with sweet, tangy Golden Raisins. Spiked with spices, the undertones of bold black pepper, fennel, and the fiery warmth of ginger making this an ideal flavor addition to all things sweet and savoury.
