Capers in brine non pareil + Black Garlic Caper Spread

Open the bottle to experience the wonderful tangy, aromatic, and intense flavours of organic capers non pareil that add a delightful touch to Italian and Mediterranean dishes. The younger and smaller the buds are, the more flavoursome they will be. These 5mm to 7mm buds are very tender and need to be plucked carefully so as not to disturb the new buds. We produce these organic capers in brine in very small batches ensuring the perfect preservation of their unique taste.

This is quite the show-stopper of our present condiment range – it’s a testament of time, persistence and balance. Single clove garlic  fermented till it releases its natural sweetness and flavour melded with the piquant Ishka Capers and Caper Salt. This eggless ‘aioli’  shines in multiple places –  cheeseboards, sandwiches, alongside a bowl of fries, as a base for a dip or dressing or even simply smeared on toasted bread to make an uplifted version of garlic bread!
