Loaded Nachos
Ingredients & Quantity

200g spinach chips/ preferred nacho chips.

1/3 cup black beans, boiled or canned.

1 avocado diced, dressed in lemon and olive oil.

1 jar Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito.

2 tbsp sour cream.
-
Parmesan cheese, grated.

2 tbsp chopped chives.

Optional: Jalapeños or chopped chillis.
How to Prepare

Scatter your spinach chips in a flat bowl and top with cooked black beans from a can and diced avocado.

Spoon on the Ishka Farms Smoked Caper Sofrito .

Add a generous dollop of sour cream and finish by shaving some fresh parmesan over the dish.

Garnish with chopped chives.

To amp up the heat add jalapenos or fresh chopped chilli.
